I’ve tried this - 650x47 senderos (aggressive tread). Semi-muddy ride and I did not die. It’s probably worth getting the crimps on your chainstays lengthened though. I got quoted £20 for it at a reputable frame builder here on bristol. I just currently can’t be arse dismantling my bike to get it done!

Just fitted a pair of WTB 650bx47, clearances are very tight both ends..... will I die?
