100%, cultural imperialism at its finest, lol.

Not sure if you're joking here, but of course it's possible to judge the work of someone whose expertise you don't have - not necessarily in the area of the specialisation, but if you turn up late, don't answer emails, do half the work and fuck off, then demand payment for the whole thing before turning up again, etc etc. I think most of us have also experienced one sparks standing there and, after sucking their teeth, saying "fucking hell, who put this in for you?"

But maybe our definition of OTT differs.
