Mm, now you say that I remember them saying something like "it's the end of the Model 2, at least as you know it". So yeah, maybe they're cooking up a new version of that as well as the Model 3, but maybe the Model 3 is the de facto Model 2 replacement.
I would hope that they don't increase the sizes, Lewis seems pretty set on their watches and sizing being unisex and there's no reason at all for the Model 1 to be any bigger than it currently is IMO.
I don't think it is, they did the brown fumé dial as the run-out version in an edition of 30, and then that's it for the Model 2. They've been teasing a new third model with an even more elaborate enamel dial:

Basically it won't have printing on the dial, the numerals will be "champlevé" which apparently means that they are engraved into the dial and then filled with enamel.
