Welp, heard back and they are indeed delayed due to both the watchmaking and shipping teams at AnOrdain having been off because of covid / self-isolation.
On the plus side it sounds like they're going to ship UK orders directly and not do the ridiculous dance of shipping to Windup in the US and then back over the pond.
Edit: er, just got a shipping notification. Didn't mean to hassle them but it looks like it'll be new watch Friday this week.
