That's really cool! Never seen one. And such a bright beautiful colour.

It's not the most "decorated" frame, it has panto on the fork and he seat stays, but otherwise rather simple. Although as usual with Somec the quality of build is immense and everyhting is so smooth.

From what i can tell it's a 97-98 model
