I mean EHRC have to approve our new complaints process - that's part of the action plan - so if they think Labour are likely to abuse the disciplinary process they'll be able to say so. But since its going to be 100% independent of the Labour Party, I think you'll have trouble sustaining that position.

That's not what's happening though is it? Isn't contractors with one skill set getting let go, new contractors getting hired with different skill set?

don't forget: ensuring LABHQ abuse party processes (especially the disciplinary process, repeatedly ignoring the recommendations of the EHRC report); waging an internal war along factional lines (including against young labour); repeatedly ignoring transphobia from his back bench; presiding over a precipitous drop in the membership; firing and rehiring workers at LABHQ; and, basically consolidating the power for the labour right to rule over the salted earth. among many other (very bad) things. hell mend him.
