Hmm yea. I was chatting to the IAM Roadsmart guys at the weekend. Key takeaway was the obvious - constant self-assessment.
After each ride thinking what was good, or bad, what needs work.
In your position I’d have probably found it quite upsetting, and then dedicated a little bit of time to the carpark drills we can never be bothered with.
In other news, TK Maxx have Mizuno’s in DR350 colourway and I resisted buying them. Clearly it was a mistake and I will be going back for them tomorrow.

I’d ridden in that day, so the ride home helped. Not sure if scared is the right word, just reminded of mortality or something 🤷♂️
