If you just changed your mind, no.If it's faulty, they have to refund the original shipping and your reasonable costs of returning it if they want it back.ETA: Turns out I had incorrectly assumed that the regulations had been written by a rational person, which on reflection was foolish since it flies in the face of all prior experience
