A guy drove in to the back of my car. Going through insurance and when the insurance company contacted him, he's apparently denied all knowledge!
I took a photo of his car at the scene, which i've sent. We also exchanged a few texts and emails as he initially wanted to settle outside insurance - I've sent screen grabs.
It feels like a weird move on his part! Is there anything else i should be doing at this stage, seeing as he's actually denying it? Police? Or do i just leave it up to the insurance companies to sort out?
