Quick question for the master of modern technifibres @Chopsicle, I haven't been paying enough attention to this thread but the rucksack is awesome. I'd get one from Albion but prefer the olive colourway, any chances that you'll be producing a few more?

Looking forward to another run of muzettes. Sad i missed out. Could really have used one the last seven days.

....yes, definitely - I did mean to have a list up and running earlier this week, but life got in the way, and I'm currently under-the-weather :/ so didn't want to build up expectations - bear with me, definitely coming! :)

So many interesting sounding talks on that link, thanks! (My partner is the proud owner of a pair of those glasses incidentally - in whalebone I think. So beautiful, untested by me though sadly).

Thanks @andyp some interesting chatter in the comments - everyone's an expert on the internet
And apologies, genuinely trying to get some more stuff up and running, but had quite a lot on and been getting some bits out to FRTHR - anyone on here riding? - Shame you can't see, but there's a neon orange reflective in the pleat which looks lovely on the graphite grey base :)

Crusty roadies in complaining about product they've never used shocker.
Off to the Alps tomorrow, may have to pop into Condor and grab one now! -

Other use case:
Daughter was cold on a walk, had this in my bag, put this inside her hoody, toasty warm.

I’d say that’s a potentially huge market.
A ‘Baby Burner’ for kids. Name could be misconstrued…

I keep a spare neck buff around as my 5 year old often likes using it as a spare scarf/snood.
Haven’t found a use for old bibs yet though.

wow, that looks amazing - used to regularly be out around Lake Constance at this time of year for Eurobike, such a stunning area. Something always intrigued me; lots of apples, but no cider. What's going on??

How did I totally miss out on this? I'll need to set alerts for the next batch, but great to see all the products you use. My burner has been doing double duty keeping the little one warm when we walk to nursery I'm the morning when it's chilly. Summer in London

Yeah!! The kids find it quite funny to wear the burner too.

Austrians make cider i believe.
I always assumed the German Bodensee area apples end up in pastries, strudels etc -

The burner is so so good. Paired with a shakedry, it's kept me warm at the top of a few cols this week. Also carried the musette with me at all times, the combined weight additon is nothing. Ideal for grabbing a few croissants and a drink at the end of a days riding before ascending back to our accomodation.
I could be tempted by a burner that has a few extra grams of filling but pros and cons to that, otherwise brilliant.
Yeah! these are amazing - also one in the British(!) Museum - also check the rain-shedding head-wear which was worn to protect against bad weather & spray, and the carved-ivory sunglasses with horizontal strips to polarise sunlight reflecting off snow.
Another reference, which puts 'performance clothing' into context is Otzi - I went to an amazing presentation by someone from the Hohenstien Institute, which recreated and tested the clothing and textiles he wore, and they performed admirably in the conditions. Think they also made the grass-filled bear-skin shoes and got an aplinist to try them, who reported back positively. ...alas, I can't find the presentation, but there's a huge archive here w/ audio + pdfs on the whole spectrum of performance (and sustainable) apparel & accessory design

Humans have been optimising clothing and accessories since we started wearing them, and in the case of some natural fibres, it's never been bettered by synthetics. Really puts things into perspective!
