"Challenging wank" does it for me. RIP
Same episode where he talked about going seal clubbing and about winning Rectum of the Year. Had Claudia Winkleman cry-laughing and begging him to shut up. All happening during one of the downturns in his health, so his voice is nearly breaking all the way through.
It doesn't help much or mean much to talk about people being brave while having cancer, because cancer doesn't give anybody much of a choice. Awesome to watch, all the same.
