Does anyone have a Frahm jacket?
Yup, I do have a jacket from them (thanks @dancing james ).
The fit is perfect, I'm tallish (189cm) and have long arms, so I took a punt on one of their field jackets because the Vulpine Harrington jacket was so good and if they'd made a field jacket of the right size and to similar quality then that was what I wanted.
No regret buying it, it remains perfect and is one of my most used jackets now. 16 months later and it is still like new despite being worn a hell of a lot whilst hiking, carrying rucksacks, etc and going through woodland. It's basically awesome, and would recommend their jackets in general.

Cheers, I'm still trying to convince myself on the cost.
My common issue is that my arm span is greater than my height (202cm vs 198cm) so sleeves can come up a little short.
According to their site I am either XL-tall or XXL, I will contact them directly and see what they recommend.They have a good returns policy, so worst case is I get my money back.

Whilst it is possible to get the belly to shrink, my height will always be there.
