It's very common for warranties not to be transferable - unless it explicitly says so, I'd assume that a warranty is for the original purchaser only, as that's who had the contract with the seller.
That said, Timefactors' warranty page says:
Guarantees
[...]
All watches are guaranteed against defective workmanship for 24 months from
date of purchase and the guarantee for the first 12 months applies to the
original purchaser only.
That is so clumsily phrased that you could argue they have a 24 month warranty, of which the second (and only the second) 12 month period can be transferred to another owner ...
