Ended up going for a Smeg 90cm mixed fuel wok burner / induction.
Also a Luxair Lusso 90cm chimney hood with baffle filters and the most powerful motor I could find.
3 x domino hobs would have been nice, but was starting to be complicated on deciding how to fit into the kitchen (revised to a 900mm base unit from 1000mm) and all domino options I would find were at least 25% more expensive and some were back ordered.
Also sourced a mint condition Miele plumbed in steam combi oven and microwave combi oven.
AEG built in fridge freezer, a Bosch build on dishwasher.
Just a freestanding heat pump tumble dryer to find.
