I'm a living breathing example of breed prejudice. Two people I know have cockerpoos and they are seriously out of control dogs. Aggressive (will bite defending food, toys, the owner...will even bite a person out of jealousy if they stop paying attention to the dogs etc), poor recall, excessive barking causing complaints from neighbours. Even though I know 100% that these two owners have really fucked up with their basic training and are totally flaking out on solving this behaviour, it still makes me feel hugely cautious of cockerpoos. Unfair I know. I appreciate that this is irrational.
