Any recommendations on waterproof running jackets? Ones that are at least usable without getting to hot inside?

Normally I'd just suck it up and keep wet, but doing longer runs and want to avoid getting chilly etc in the wind up on the downs etc.

I generally wear two layers if it’s really wet and that’s it.

I don’t think there’s a jacket breathable enough to cope with running…unless there’s been some recent breakthrough.

Do they make running Gabba tops?
