    If it makes things easier for some people, that's great. It shouldn't happen at the exclusion of others though. A similar thing is happening in the arts sector; my partner works at the Barbican where the box office is now closed. Older people who have been visiting for years arrive on the bus to book a ticket, and are told to go online, which they can't.

    The issues is down to thr company whom oddly don’t accept card/cash.

    Agreed. Not being able to go to a few pubs is a minor inconvenience compared to the exclusion experienced by people with actual disabilities.
