Alternatively, is it a bad idea to get a new set of forks, wheels and brakes get some disc brake tabs stuck on the back of my Mr Pink?
absolutely do not do this for several reasons but main one being, you can get premium on that frame

What other reasons are there? Genuinely asking because I have no idea!

Using / modding / being Creative with what you already have is way better than just buying new shit.
Reuse all the time.

Those VO fenders where a pain in the neck to fit, but I'm happy how they turned out. Clearing was t-i-g-h-t. Only had enough Ass-saver to cut up for a #doubleflap, but the Gothenburg weather will require a third one soon.

Really nice. How are you finding the bell? Is it loud?

You are obsessed!

Aye, a little bit, I used to collect bells.
Older versions of the Knog Oi got bad reviews for not being loud enough.
Comments in here back that up a bit:

I found that over time the Oi just stopped working as well - must have been my commute and fondness for ringing it.

I borrowed this from work for the weekend. Mudguards, hub gears and frame bag puts it here right?

Hate seeing those bottles filled with urine at the side of the road.

My favourite is the Crane Riten bell or others which style it emulates.
The “ding” bells are possibly louder but they hurt my ears as a user. -

This one was particularly fizzy. Awful.

Haha, thanks - the bell works fine! Been using them on all my bikes for years now.

Each time you'll post this bike I'll comment how much I adore it. Very cool bag, lovely colours too.

Thanks buddy. The colour seemed like a bit of a gamble initially, but I think it paid off.

Seconding @vpCogworks comment, such a rad bike. Out of interest what tent is that? Impressive how much you've managed to squeeze in the saddlebag
-
• #25223
Ta. Tent is a Vaude Power Lizard SUL 1-2P. The bag was made specifically for this layout, so I'm cheating a bit. It's 16L, and halfway full; still need to put in the sleeping bag.

Magnificent
Me too, ha ha. I suspect it'll cost more than selling on the Mr Pink and buying a new bike but is probably more fun? Any suggestions for straight 1/8" disc forks? Also, can I use my existing shifters with cable discs? I've never had a bike with discs before and have no idea what I'm talking about
