Serengeti
Funny you mention Serengeti sunglasses. I've got a NOS pair of round '90s Serengeti driving glasses I'm looking to sell.
Perfect for anyone looking to go period correct on a 90s project car.

Mainly looking for inspiration, I doubt a trip to from Berlin toLondon for our rings would make sense. Maybe for a watch...
But then who knows, it's been too long! -

Can anyone recommend a good Kent based or online watch repair co? WFH is a total ballache sometimes.
My vintage IWC just fogged up and ive not had it serviced in over 9 years so probably due before it rusts to hell.
(It's already in a sandwich bag with a silica gel packet)

Beautiful but probably £1000 outside my discretionary spending limit.

Does anyone know where one could buy a NATO strap (or similar) with brass hardware?

This guy is supposed to be pretty good (but I haven’t used him yet myself)

Erika's MN are available with brass hardware but they are, of course, nicebutpricey.

Thoughts on the Wolbrook Douglas Skindiver Worldtimer?
-

I sold one to a gentleman on here last year, I think. Great little watch, if you don't pay more than £300 or so.

OG win: worldtimer is too busy, both sides of the track.
And those NATO are gash.

Picked this SNE573 up yesterday. I really like it. Would I prefer it without the Prospex logo and Solar text? Sure. But I can live with it for a mere $418 after tax. Have been missing a dive watch and my local jewelers had this at 20% off, despite it being a new release. Sapphire crystal, drilled lugs, incredibly legible, 10 month battery life on a full solar charge, 38mm wears really nicely on my small wrist, rubber strap is very comfortable and very pliable. Oh, and bezel and chapter ring alignment is good, too! Feels a bit like a poor mans sub and I have a lot of time for it.

They're good, eh? Not printed either. Actually engraved/etched/debossed/don't know what it's called.

Looks great! Did you also get the bracelet?
-

Really like this and nice and thin too. Slightly put off by reading the insert could be plastic. Also heard the bracelet is a bit tosh

Cheers all. Simon freese emailed. I have to say the certificate warnings on his website don't inspire confidence.
Absolutely love* this.
Such a dreamy lifestyle shot too.
*and I've never been into these models of G-Shock before.
