Isn't it just time for some easier clues? The worst that can happen is more people figure it out and the game moves on.

It was quite different before the iron work was added.

There have been a couple for this one that are a bit obscure: the problem, as ever, is that the rest are blindingly obvious as long as you already know the answer.
But I'll clarify mine a little:
Could be on the road to Stonehenge?
It's not the A303, but it's a street that people who want to go to Stonehenge or Avebury might find appropriate.

Thought that was one of the LFGSS pizza touring flags for a moment.

Definitely on here.

There's a thread on here about how fixed is dead, but I thought this tag is proof that its anything but. That should do it, sorry sometimes they're harder than anticipated. Like steadman's house in Fulham which I only realised after was not at all easy to search.

Clue: should perhaps be a painted Dane, not a tiled greyhound

I should have tried harder with the hop clue but the rest....
Clues are trickier than they seem. I've been told mine were obscure when I thought they were easy.
I think it's always better to be more obvious after a day or so. -

Old: Reflecto-porn minefield, Mirror Maze in Victory Park
I haven't been able to pay attention to the game for a couple of months but @doubleodavey 's tag there was a retag, as I of all people should know. It was four years ago, but I'd really have thought the saga might have stuck in the minds of regulars (if you're new to BTOB and think I'm talking about the wrong tag... read on).
Just searching this thread for "Victory park" before tagging would have shown this and then Will wouldn't have been unfairly tagzumped. Because the map is never up to date, a quick search of the thread has become the way to check and avoid retags for a lot of veterans; it's why @Oliver Schick is so keen to remind people to properly give accurate name and street details when a tag is found.
Not so much a grouse (I mean, it wasn't my tag) but we've always tried to avoid retags, it's part of the culture of the game, so a reminder.
While I'm on the subject of BTOB history...
c00ps, could you perhaps upload your pictures to the forum? We've lost so many tag pictures because they were hosted elsewhere. Picture upload has been fixed recently, so should be plain sailing. It would be much appreciated.
@Oliver Schick If you check back, you'll find we lost a large number of tag pictures when the forum was migrated to Microcosm; all uploads were lost at that point (DK did at one point say he was going to fix this he never did). I'm not going to go do the analysis, but it's quite possible we lost more images to the forum than to third party image sites ;-) Sadly, the once famous dropout thread lost many of the best images.

They might always drop in later?

There's quite a bit to go on in the new one but I am not getting anywhere.

Unlike the dog’s sponsor, which after 162 years went to Manchester. Apparently Day-glo® was their thing

Thanks for the reminder, Bruce. I'm sure I knew that at one point, but if I did I'd forgotten.

Old tag. Danes Yard, Bow. On CS2
New tag. Katherine's fruity green stumps.
My first tag in months, expecting it to go quick.

Hoping this isn't a retag. Shout if it is, as I have a contingency plan. Couldn't see it on map.

I think it has been done but from the opposite angle? Not sure though

I still don’t know where the current tag is, but I have found a list of London mulberry trees

Has anybody worked this out? I'm sure the weather isn't helping but five days and only one, not very obvious, clue is a sure-fire way of stalling the game.
See my clue, but I guess nobody got that. :)
