Yeah, it's trying to move but can't, so did you fuck the mounting up?
The same thing I tried to explain to sweedee in this or another thread. Basically is the RD seated where the B-screw etc is in the right spot? It's possible to clamp it down with the b-screw in such a way that it can't move further up the block.

I'm convinced the thing is fucking with my mind. Wanted to make a video to show you guys and now w/o chain the whole cassette is fine, with clutch on.

Clutch off is fine.
Anyway thanks for the help everyone, but I'll take my bike to someone who is more knowledgeable than me because I clearly don't understand how the thing works.
