It's a Canyon Grail L size. Mine is from 2019 but I don't think the geometry has changed so that means a chainstay of 425mm.
For chain size I used https://www.omnicalculator.com/sports/chain-length and 430mm for the chainstay length, giving a 114 links result.
But like I said, even w/o the chain the RD doesnt go all the way up when clutch is on. (And the FD is in small ring). With cluth off there is no problem.

You mean into high gears (smaller cogs)? If it won't make the two smallest cogs that's by design to stop cross chaining.
