No. Merckx came close-ish in 1974 but didn't win a sprint

Merckx won a 15 man group sprint in 1969, along with three TTs and at least one mountain stage.

Did Hinault ever win a bunch sprint? I know he liked to get involved from time to time. As this classic photo demonstrates:
