It seems NHS Test and Trace don't have a number for the public to call them, you have to trust their CLI. So anyone that can spoof CLI can call random people and ask for all sorts of personal details with no verification. Fantastic.

Calling Line Identification. One of the fields in the PSTN signaling system which because it was designed by a bunch of incumbent old boys that all knew and trusted each other has no verification of anything.
