had my new bike delivered but think the Di2 RD is fucked. was fine for 20 mins into a ride and now it won't shift up the block any further than 3rd cog..... and within those 3 cogs it is sluggish and not indexed correctly. No idea how this has happened. FD is absolutely fine. Vid below - any thoughts?
cant use e tube as I have a mac and my windows computer is locked down by my IT dept and bluetooth module not installed as standard (fuck you shimano/my IT dept)
also any good "Di2 for dummies" guides? i need to learn more about it rather than just relying on it working - cant have shit like this happening if I am on a group ride. i read about crash recovery mode but I assume there are other things that I need to understand
That video is mostly of your hands. Does it make whirry noises on each shift? If you push the derailleur cage sideways to where it should be does that help?
yeah my girlfriend filmed it and she's a bit useless... yes i can push it all the way up so not a limit screw issue. it does whizz a bit like its trying but very quietly and sounds like its struggling
