Pre-order is gone - they're sold out.
Assume they'll have some in shops on release and maybe on site.

I meant the reissue of the sold out version which I'd incorrectly assumed was happening in November. Do you mean you have a pre-order for a pressing that's due in November but is currently oversubscribed?
If you have the catalogue number I can tease my wholesaler with it, sometimes they have an allocation which is then split out to their shops and sellers.
