  • Strong recommendation for knobs over touch controls for induction hobs - when splattered with liquid and stuff the touch controls are awful.

  • I haven’t found this to be the case very often, mainly because induction is so much more responsive and even in the spread of heat - so pans rarely boil over. Also my neff hob has a control lock so you can quickly wipe up a spill and then normal service is resumed.
