It seems that the current version is the Crank Brothers Speedier Lever. This guy makes it look very straightforward using the Speedier Lever with his method:

At the moment I'm trying Granite Talon tyre levers which assemble to become a chain master link tool, as Panaracer Paselas go over my rims by hand without difficulty (as long as the bead is massaged to the centre of the rims on the section of tyre already installed).
