Thanks all. I already have a vast selection of cast iron casseroles, cast iron frying pans and black steel frying pans from restaurant supply stores (totally the best place to buy.
I just need some non ALU saucepans for boiling veg and, you know, sauces...
Will hunt around for the various recommendations and see whats on offer.
