  • All sizes of bearing covers, spacers and top caps are currently in stock in both black anodised and raw

  • Please can I have a 47x2 mm in black for a CAAD 12?

  • Would they fit a 2021 Synapse?

    1 1/8”
    ACB 45/45, 41.8mm O.D.
    FSA - MR121
    Cannondale- K35018

  • Yes, probably 47×2 like other Cannondales, but check the measurements per first post.

  • Do you have a 2mm black bearing cover?

  • I have 2mm Depth in Diameters of 45,46,47 and 48mm

  • Potentially interested in 45mm

  • I still never got the Shiv one - has anyone done a Shiv and know the measurements?

  • All the depths are in stock in 45mm

  • Cool would be interested in 2 if poss

  • What Depth(s)?

  • 4mm please

  • Received mine yesterday and thought I'd share a couple of pictures as it took some scrolling to find some before I decided to buy one. Fit is fantastic and the cover is great quality. Also came in at 3g (47x4mm) if that's something you're interested in! Cheers Jorj

  • Tester, have you got any 47x2 in stock?

Preferably black but silver also good.

  • Are you doing these for 1 1/4 headsets such as the Canyon Ultimate? Getting rid of acros crap.

  • In general, no, there are too many different sizes for too few bikes. If you happen to catch me when I'm in the process of making a batch of normal sizes, I can add on specials at twice the usual price.

  • ok

  • Hello @gbj_tester I was wondering if you could help with something. I’m looking at a fairlight Strael and it seems that the best option for fit for me is a slammed 56T frame. They list the Headset top cup stack as 8mm (see image) and I’m guessing they don’t include this in stack height in the geo charts. I have asked them direct. By using some of your machined bits I guess I may be able to shave a few mm off that 8mm figure? Thanks

  • Those are ZS44 headsets. While my covers are not specifically designed for them, some users have had success with a 48×2, but it only takes about 2-3mm off the stack.

  • Ok thank you. Headsets are confusing it seems!

  • Do you still have any stock of 45's?

...and how about a 47/3 also?

  • I have all the depths in both 45mm & 47mm diameters

  • Hi.

    I’ve a headset with a 41.8mm upper bearing.
    Headtube diameter is 46mm.

I’d like a cover with 3mm depth. Preferably in black.

    Is that possible?

  • Yes, that size is in stock
