Honestly? If there isn’t a mansplaining thread, please go and start one.

Not sure what specifically wound you up but if it’s my proactive inclusion of detail, I did it because I appreciate it when others save me the time and effort of having to Google something myself. It’s not directed at the person I’m responding to, it’s for the benefit of anyone else on a public forum who might find it useful.

If it’s the tone, then it’s a difficult thing to defend because I was trying to balance out being friendly and informative with not potentially triggering someone. I did that because of my own experience with depression, when even small sad things can set one off. Adding- I didn’t want to be condescending but rather supportive in navigating that.

I missed this one.

I’m struggling to see the Sterling one as anything other than anti BLM BS.

Repeating both memes for clarity. I think it could be construed as anti BLM but fails and is pro BLM in an absurd way.

In the same way that the Grealish/Tom one can only be interpreted as a piss take.
