obviously a montpelier dweller is moving out of the centre to build an ecohome....
to me that looks good. maybe a bit high in price but that area is always going to hold value. just think when the carriageworks are fully gentrified.... was in that area a few weeks ago and even saw that the star and garter has been completely redone now with an outdoor bit and a tv. nuts

@swedeee think I paid £5.50 for a kaleidoscope in the star and garter the other week...
couple of close comparables here and here which have been modernised inside. The Montpelier one has a drive and better garden, but got me more comfortable with my offer as the road is a bit busier and closer to the pub.
