That tree isn't going to block the sun as the garden is north facing, so it's not going to be super sunny.
House looks good from the front on street view - Bath stone around the windows and doors looks good. Nice to see the sash windows haven't been replaced with horrid plastic ones.
Valley roof might put some people off, but if it has been dealt with recently then hopefully would be OK.
Parking looks like it would be an issue, if you have a car....

@danb cheers for this. On parking, live round the corner at the moment and it is a pain but manageable. Only use my car once a week max so not a daily battle. Was thinking this morning, how would it work in the long run if you wanted an EV. But I don't think i'd be there for more than 5-7 years so can't see it being my problem and that's a problem the majority of residents without drives will face together
