Barring a crash taking him out he'll get there by hook or by crook I reckon.

As he said himself, he didn't think he'd ever be riding the Tour again.

He's been written off so many times and then proven his critics wrong that I think it takes a brave person to say that he's done. But think back to last autumn and it did look like he was heading for retirement, under pretty inauspicious circumstances for someone with his palmares. That DQS took him on was surprising, that he actually got back to being competitive was unexpected, that he won a few races was amazing, but to be back at the Tour and winning a stage is fairytale stuff.
