I bought a load of Veloflex Corsa’s - 23mm for what I thought was a bargain price , only to find out the labelling was on the wrong side to the directional arrows …. this does my head in whenever I ride them …..
And thank you everyone for an entertaining read on a wet miserable afternoon.

I also heard Conti put rotation arrows on their (edit: bicycle) road tyres so customers would stop bothering them with questions about which way to mount them.

No idea about the car tyres, remember that the road attacks had an issue as I had to get the front tyre turned ;)

Cycle King shop owner told me it is a good quality tyre and "pretty much the same" as the LBS one. They are also a large bike chain. It is highly doubtful that they are cheating me.
