i think XS is ok for you, on the toight side, but these are very stretchy.
i am 66kg/179cm and can wear both S and M with different fits. I also used to have a few Warsaw jerseys, same factory and details as Maap, it was the same fit.maybe @CasualLime can also chip in with his take on sizing.
