    I've been using one of these as part of my recovery from a rotator cuff problem. Highly recommended. I often do a set of ten reps of each position....quite a burn!

    You can still do DBs on the floor as @Stonehedge said.

    Also, im speaking of upper weight on DBs for your strength.

    @Dammit - how you getting on with your bench and DBs? You doing DB presses?
