Spent the afternoon yesterday sorting out a Sug 75 disc wheel I have knocking about. Got some nice ceramic bearings put in and changed up the Sachs freewheel to this 6 speed corn on the cob Shimano 13-18
which is much more suited. The hubs on these discs are strange and you can switch between road and track 'set ups' very easily, so I'm going to look into getting a few made up for track like my CHCD disc I have. Hopefully it won't cost too much... I bet tester will say otherwise.Heres a few photos of the disc -
Here it is as it currently stands, pretty much finished except for a few things. Gonna change out the tub for a full black one, that white base tape is really annoying, need to find Sug 75 carbon seatpost in 26.8mm, pick up some black cable ends and install a better suited front wheel -

Oh my this is incredible, think I preferred yellow/pink bartape though!

Awesome parts and build!! Can't you lower the brakelevers a bit more so they are not sticking out anymore or will the levers get too close to the bars?

@mashton @ vp1337 @BeaconJon @jono84 Thank you :-D got there after a year or so!
@kjlem - I hear exactly what you are saying. Haven't taken it for a proper spin yet but they do feel quite far away where they are now. I need to unwrap and take more off the internal routing holes when I get a chance.

I have fluro envy.

Moved the levers down by quite a bit and also got some carbon pads put in for the front wheel. Took some better photos the other day too. Think I need to replace the Crosswind with a corima 4spoke up front really.. -
Took it for a ride round regents the other day, the ceramic bearings and riding tubs make for a ridic fast ride. Think it might need a longer stem annoyingly too.

Best paint job on LFGSS.

It's a total weapon. In a good way.

Haha I get you. I wish I could do it justice and take it out for a few tt's

Have a go BigH. I've raced mine twice this year so far. I was only 35 seconds adrift from my course PB last week on a rolling course. I'm on a faster course tonight so should be interesting.

@hma hooked me up with a 26.4mm Tioga seatpost which is near identical to my OG Sug75 seatpost. Shimmed it up to 26.8mm and switched the clamp to something more carbon rail friendly now waiting on some black enamel paint to coat the clamp with.
Anyone have a 650c Corima 4 spoke please?

yay! is the corima the only thing before you'd call it finished?

Pretty much! That Trispoke is a bit too modern and also a Corima would be more aesthetically pleasing

Picked up an Aende road frame recently. Single boss on dt so have taken it down to the maestro frame builders of Sauf London, Winston, to get some mods done to it. DT shifters moved down a touch, FD boss brazed on and another bb shell tunnel guide added for the FD.
Going to get it resprayed at some point in the very near future too. Got a few ideas for paint but will make a post when I get back in from the tour of Sauf.
Prelim photo in Winstons lab and also an added bonus shot of it being raced.

This is ace. Great photo too. What are your intentions with the bike? Some racing?

Love those old tt film photos, look and feel so much better than digital shots.
Gonna build it up as a Sunday best, kitted with 740* and respray similar to the Cineli jersey on the left and the attached Razesa lo-pro. Mettalic Blue faded into fluro pink at the middle where the Aende decals. -

Looking forward to this. That should give you the full fluro spectrum across the two bikes.
A shame there isn't another obvious fluro - then you could go double fade like the other one.

I have some Dura Ace 7410 pedals if you're hunting for a pair.
You're very right..
