Based on past experience having spent 6 years running in inov8 shoes.. unless they have massively improved their materials you’ll be massively disappointed by those unless you enjoy burning £5 notes...
I can’t think of a single pair of inov8s that didn’t fall apart much beyond 200km.. I used to live with this as I almost exclusively bought last years shoes at knock down rates and they are fantastic shoes.. but £170 for those is a joke...
My Hoka’s at that kind of money have stormed through 700 odd km and aren’t falling apart...
My peg trail 2's have got another couple of months in them the tread if fine but the cushioning is starting to go. I reckon I've done 200 miles in them. Going to try the inov8 trailfly ultra g300 max next. They fit your bill and should last ages with the Graphene outsole . Hopefully they might be on sale when i buy them🤞 I'm not a Hoka fan so can't help on those I'm afraid
