How is Caruso’s Tt?
In Turin;
Caruso was 33s behind first place,
Yates 38s,
Bernal 39s.That was an 8.6km ITT.
Sunday is ~ 30km I think.

Aren’t chiropractors just voodoo?

I can’t recall Yates taking it up from a long way out before, my memory for such things isn’t the best mind.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Yates has the team to take the race by the scruff of the neck. When Froome did it, his team mates drove it so hard that it was only the GC leaders left, I don't think Nieve or Kangert have the form to do that currently.

I’d agree but I was thinking even the sort of thing Bernal did the other day. Strikes me more as a poacher on final often steep climbs.

When he was leading the Giro in 2018, he was still on the attack a lot. The day after the Zoncolan stage, he attacked with, if memory serves, with about 20 kms to go and won solo on the stage into Sappada.

I could be wrong
You could be but I don't think you are. At best he might have another stage win in him I reckon.

Good voodoo.
Sorted out out my left right leg imbalance, and a crick in the neck that was bad enough to stop me driving. Some are all about healing hands and manipulating auras, which bollocks of course.

Fell down a set of steps and dislodged 4 vertebrae voodoo put them back in place and addressed my left knee pain . Lots of pedal washers later that was sorted . I doubt he could make one leg grow a centre meter though.

I have very fond memories of today’s stage route. Rode most of it back in 1998. I remember the long drag to the foot of the first climb, riding up the first climb at a steady tempo with my mate, and his mate saying, “can you knock it back half a notch lads so we can gap the rest?” We knocked it up half a notch and poor Terry hung on for too long and blew his doors off. After the descent of the San Bernardino the valley road to the foot of the Splugen was completely dug up so we had to ride along what was essentially a dirt track with large rocks scattered around. The Splugen was amazing, the stacked hairpins and the views on the way up, then the most bonkers descent with tunnels cut into the rock face and hairpin bends in them that were unlit. A great day out on the bike.

Genuine question; I have only ridden in France and Spain and the drivers are fucking amazing there. I would hate to travel to another country and have same level of driving as Kent lanes, is this me being wrongfully stereotypical about Italian drivers?

Poor Terry, the messy divorce, the multiple ASBOs, that incident in Tesco. It's hard to say when it all started to fall apart for him, or who was to blame.

I rode in Italy, Tuscany dahlink, everyone was lovely.

France and Spain the driving is much better than Italy.
Italy the driving is much better than the UK. -

I haven't ridden in Italy since, I think 2008, so my experiences are well out of date. I always found the vast majority of Italian drivers to be very courteous and tolerant of cyclists. The urban areas are worth avoiding if you can, but in the mountains and the countryside there were very few idiots.
I found Spain much worse, personally, lots of aggro there.

Italian drivers are pretty good at sharing the road IMO.... I’ve only ridden in the Dolomites though, so is a pretty cyclist heavy region. I can imagine urban areas would be less so, as with any other country.
I think Caruso will work with Bernal and Ineos to preserve his second place?
