Isn’t F1 only within team? That’s significantly different.
I think it maybe gets a little grey with points and breakaways vs stage etc
Also it could very easily be policed if so desired.
There’s enough rumour around engine suppliers asking for favours (ignore blue flags for a few extra corners) for example that I think it can spill over.
