On the chat RE shoe death - I took the Arahi for a first run yesterday and they definitely felt much 'poppier' if that makes sense. Was quite surprised actually. I still think the 700km Nike's have got a couple of hundred K left perhaps, I can relegate these to shorter runs for now before they go to shoe heaven.
