It only works with steel sports model Rolex. You won't be able to buy a steel sports Rolex new from an authorised dealer unless you also buy lots of other Rolexes that you don't want. HTH

Thanks, so I'd need to go to a dealer, put my name down/deposit for a watch, wait for it to become available, pay for it - sell it to someone for more who is not willing to wait in line... ?

I'm afraid waiting in line doesn't work. The "waiting lists" are a way to fob people off.
