  • Id highly recommend going to a climbing physio and get them to examine your hands.

I had a fusion of some small bones in my wrist that got ironed out by one plus alot of physio stretches/exercises supplied and hands and wrists are 100% better!

Also reccomend sufficient sleep and eating loads of fresh veg.

Supplements arent magic beans at the end of the day.

  • It's a more recent problem that has come on after 4 weeks of daily electric sander use so I'm more inclined to think the issues are related to that (rather than it being specifically climbed related, despite having been doing that for 15 years). However I will deffo get a physio if it persists. Currently not serious enough to be that worried about, but annoying enough that getting back on some supplements seems like it couldn't hurt - if that makes any sense.

  • Yeah it's probobly definitely the sander and the constant grip/vibration.

I suppose better to be safe then sorry!
