  • I understand the risks involved but my employer piles on the work. I’ve been put in a difficult position because of redundancies last year where three experienced staff left leaving me as the only one with the necessary experience.
    I managed to get a week off now and have been trying to take a break but calls and emails etc still persist and I’m the only one who has the answers (and that’s not an exaggeration). Difficult times for all.

  • Yup. Things can only get better - the question is when? I work shifts so don’t get ‘normal’ holidays like Christmas etc. The plus side is I am still employed and that the rod that the employees use.
