Probably not - I am 57cm and it just fits (supposed to be up to 55cm), medium probably is best for you then.

Ok, thanks

There was a really great thread on the timetriallingforum.co.uk of vintage tt photos from the 60s and 70s. I can't find it - does anyone have a link?
ignore me - http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/index.php?/topic/15538-legends-of-tt

I need to "refresh" the elbow pads on my TT bars - I've squashed all the paddedness out of them.
What's the material I should be looking for and who sells it?
You know that sort of high density foam / wetsuit kinda stuff I mean?
Or if anyone has pads for the old, rectangle TriRig elbow rests, let me know.

Got these aerocoach pads
Or do you need the scoopy ones?
Unused and free though

Mighty kind of you but I think these might be a little short.
My rests are 90mm in the Front-Back direction but 110mm by the time they've curved up Left-Right.
Yours would probably fix the bit I've squashed but I think I'd prefer to keep it as one solid piece.
TriRig don't appear to have my style any more, they have these new "Ergo Cups"

On the subject of pads, I'm looking to replace my Zipp Vuka ones - are they a fairly universal fit?
They are fine during training but I tend to slip forward on the saddle during a race and end up bashing my knees and so would like smaller length pads...

I had Vuka pads on Shiv aerobars so there's definite scope for chopping and changing but some drillings just won't work. Like the Aerocoach Wings wouldn't fit my TriRig bars.

This stuff looks promising:

EVA might be better than neoprene (more damping). I got some off of Amazon, but it's a generic product and there will be eBay sellers too.

Extra Vehicular Activity. I'll moonwalk my way into the shop for it.

This stuff?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203476787956?var=503821742192Soft, Med or High Density do you think?
Hmm, this stuff is way more expensive. They don't do smaller sizes. I need 2 at 110x90

I think I have enough left over (10mm thick) to cover that. PM me your address and I'll stick a stamp on it.

I got replacement Vuka pads the other week. Can't remember where I got them from but there were a few options when I searched. Cost about £18

I've got a Delta 220 saddle-mount cage for an Adamo saddle on the TT bike.
Anyone know if there's another option that will work with Adamo that brings the bottle higher and/or closer? It's a real pain sometimes to get the little bottles out and the bigger ones tend to disappear when it's bumpy.
Something like NikB's setup but without me having to build anything:

Think this is the Bontrager one, could get it pretty close to the saddle. Doesn't seem to be available any more, you're welcome to it if you want it (and I can find it).

I just got rid of my PRO one that looked similar. To be honest I can't remember why I went back to the Delta 220. Could give that one of yours a try.
Another idea I had was to use bottle cage droppers, like I put on the ultra bikes, but instead lift the bottle higher with it. It will move it further back too though so I'd have to try it to see if it was easier or harder to grab at.

Another option also was to try the water bladder that came with the Tri Shiv. I used it once or twice and didn't really get on with it but I can't remember why. Bit of a faff to refill probably.

Water bladder in the skinsuit did me proud for a 100, not sure if it’s still a thing...

Not sure the interrobang is justified, Booty did 160km in 4 hours on a road bike 65 years ago.
How big? My noggin is 58cm, would it still fit?
