Is this passable? Bags cost more than the frame.

The deda stem and restrap bag make me want to say no, but the bars, grips, tyres, saddle, caradice, road 1x crank me want to pass it

If someone asked what should I buy with my C2W voucher, that Giant must be top of the list as a complete cycle solution. Sensible

Yeah cutting corners. Parts bin, cheap wiggle and then random bijou gravel parts. Lessons to be learnt.

Uploading my own way-too-hipster hybrid.
Surly Pack Rat built with Suntour XC Pro 8-speed index shifting, formerly NOS Michelin WildGrippers, a nice heavy duty rack, and some cool odds and ends.

Mudguards and triples are not allowed I think.
Fitting

Is there a wanker-approved, at least 50 mm rise, not-extremely-swept-back 31.8 handlebar on the cheaps, or should I start stacking spacers under my quill adapter?
Inb4 just get a Nitto bullmoose (I want to get one though) -

Yesss ππππ
@vpCogworks tumbleweed persuader would fit the bill, maybe?
Also the stooge scrambler at 70mm rise

Ergotec/Humpert Moon Cruiser?
Might be too swept back - maybe hunt through the rest of the offerings to see if there's anything that tickles your pickle. They're good at listing rise/sweep.

I had a wanker bike before I'd even heard of wanker bikes. Natural born wanker, obviously.

I've gone through the whole Ergotec lineup already, this one is deffo too much backsweep and also a tad narrow I'm afraid. But thank you for your input, appreciated!
