A friend's dad was a real-deal Typhoon/Lightning/Harrier top gun and he showed me a really nice 7120 that he held on to when he retired in the late 80s. Those are a bit spendy now but I do like some of the civilian variants. Very cool.

I have one of these which isn't working but thanks to @JonoMarshall post, I may have found the solution (the right battery) for a 7T42.

Yeah, I like the RAF version. But I marginally prefer the simplicity of the 701A dial (fewer elements). Plus the latter is around half the price...
