    @edscoble that unfortunately sounds about right... if you’re not super active (aka keeping the power reserve topped up most of the time) the watch is not that accurate.
    I walk around 10-15kms per day and I get around +1s per day from my SPB187 (my SPB143 was exactly the same). If I don’t wear it for a day and keep it dial up, it can easily gain 30s in 24h. So yeah... not great, but it is what it is.

    Edit: oh and it’s Friday, right?

    You’d think the 70 hours power reserve would suffice!

  • Yeah, most watches will gain time dial up and lose time crown up because the adjustment splits the difference between the horizontal and vertical states of the balance. 30sec is an awful lot in one day for a 6R though. Have I always just been incredibly lucky with my Seikos?
