No idea who Crank Bros are, but it's a nice colour if it goes with your bike (not in my case)

@amac090 cheers for the suggestion but not sold on that design either, especially at €18 plus ship!

Does anyone know where you can get replacement caps/lids for specialized purist bottles?
You can buy the lids on the specialized US site for $4 but they don’t seem to be available on the U.K. site. -

I really like the twist / membrane lids on the tacx shanti bottles.
unfortunately the stock bottles are pretty boring design wise. anyone seen any decent ones?
or any other option with a heart valve that I don't have to pull with my teeth? -

Just to be clear they're not mine, I saw them on IG, but I would like some.

I've just had to explain the same thing to some mates who I excitedly sent the image to. Where did you see them? Definitely gonna have to try and hunt them down

I found some at an Aussie bike shop online (~$8 each)... I actually put the call out on Instagram and got a response. Not from Specialized though.

I just picked up one of these from my lbs after a cunt driver saw me pull over to pick up my dropped bottle and swerved to drive over it. I’ve got to say, I really like it.
Edit: too serious for this thread, right?

Sorry to hear about the bidocide. What do you like about this one?

Ooh, opportunity for a new list. New list:
- Smaller 550ml format - I quite like it. I usually have 750ml.
- Squishy plastic.
- Lid is really solid and actually seals up.
- Rubbery cap works well.
It’s one of those ones where I wasn’t expecting to get much but I really like it.

I use these bottles and won’t change. Sounds silly, but when I’m riding i struggle breathing through my nose so also struggle to eat and drink! With these bottles you can just squeeze them rather than having to suck.
Plus the rubber mouth bit pops off for thorough washing. I don’t like using any other bottles anymore.
I got some dimension data ones in a fetching green. My cages totally scuff them up though so they look a bit of a mess, but had them ages
